This is a great opportunity to gain some experience racing as skipper or crew in a fun, safe, welcoming, and informal racing atmosphere.
The SNCS Monday night race series is designed to give members and local sailors the opportunity to hone their skills, or jump into sailboat racing for the first time.

Monday Nights from June 7th to September 13th.
Boat check out and registration begins at 5:00 pm.
The first race will begin at 6:00 pm.

Who can race: |
Racing is open to anyone. Private Boat Owners are welcome as well as non-members. Only members will be allowed to skipper club boats. |

What to bring: |
Your own PFD (life vest) is required to be on the dock, and on the water. Additional items might include some drinking water, and sunscreen.

What is the cost: |
This year the racing is offered at no cost, however we do encourage club membership, giving you access to the club and boats.
Membership cost is $50 for the year for your entire family.

Attention Racers: |
June 7th will be our first official race night. |

While no formal races are planned we will be offering an orientation for new members and racers.
We will take time to familiarize everyone with the rules and regulations of the dock, review the basic workings of the available club boats, as well as review the basic racing rules, and structure of our starts.
A membership representative will be available to accept your membership applications and fees as well.
We may also have a little time to sail and familarize ourselves with the boats. |
